DUNLOP DOLLAR PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (USA)

Program Term: Calendar year
Definitions: A Dunlop Pro Dealer or Dunlop Associate Dealer (“Dunlop Dealer”) is a dealer who is enrolled in the Dunlop Pro Dealer or Dunlop Associate Dealer network and who accepts and adheres to the network terms and conditions. A Dunlop Dealer Employee, (“Dunlop Dollars Holder”) is a full or part time employee of a Dunlop Pro Dealer or Dunlop Associate Dealer.

Dunlop Dealer employees earn Dunlop Dollars by taking several actions including but not limited to: (1) logging into the Dunlop Pro Dealer website, www.dunlopprodealer.com, (2) completing training modules, (3) selling Dunlop tires and uploading receipts of the sale, (4) entering a Golden Ticket survey (Pro Dealer Only), and (5) entering a Pro Dealer rebate for the customer (Pro Dealer Only)

• Uploaded receipts cannot be dated greater than 45 days from the upload date.
• Uploaded receipts must be from in-store customer sales, on-line sales will not count towards rewards.
• Points accrue only during the term January 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025.
• Visa Prepaid Card Points Value:
  • 10 Dunlop Dollars earns $10 in rewards value.
  • 25 Dunlop Dollars earns $25 in rewards value.
  • 50 Dunlop Dollars earns $50 in rewards value.
  • 75 Dunlop Dollars earns $75 in rewards value.
  • 100 Dunlop Dollars earns $100 in rewards value.
  • 150 Dunlop Dollars earns $150 in rewards value.
  • 200 Dunlop Dollars earns $200 in rewards value.
  • 250 Dunlop Dollars earns $250 in rewards value.
  • 300 Dunlop Dollars earns $300 in rewards value.
  • 350 Dunlop Dollars earns $350 in rewards value.
  • 400 Dunlop Dollars earns $400 in rewards value.
  • 450 Dunlop Dollars earns $450 in rewards value.

• Accumulated reward dollars will be paid in the form of a Visa Prepaid Re-loadable Card in denominations anywhere between $10 and $1000.

• Accumulated points will expire 30 days from period end. Periods are defined at https://www.dunlopprodealer.com/members/points-manager/. Rewards points must be redeemed before points expire on 12/31/2025.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your Visa Prepaid Card. Dunlop Motorcycle Tires (“Reward Sponsor”) reserves the right to substitute a check of equal value in lieu of Visa Prepaid Card® at its sole discretion. Reward Sponsor is not responsible for noncomplying rewards submissions or for lost, late, illegible, postage-due or undeliverable mail. Noncomplying rewards submissions will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. All decisions made by Reward Sponsor (or its authorized representatives) relating to the validity of any submissions are final and binding.

Rewards will be in the form of a Dunlop Visa Prepaid Card. Visa Prepaid Card is given to you as a rebate and no money has been paid by you for the card. The Visa Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Visa is a registered trademark owned by Visa International Service Association. This card may be used everywhere Debit Visa Card is accepted. Registration, activation, acceptance, or use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Prepaid Card Agreement. Can be used for online, or phone/mail orders where Debit Visa Card is accepted. Card valid for up to 3 years; unused funds will not expire after the valid thru date. Card terms and conditions apply. Rebate sponsor is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, or the balance is not spent by the expiration date. Cards cannot be reissued or reactivated after expiration if lost. Taxes: All federal, state and local taxes (including any sales taxes) associated with the receipt or use of rewards cards will be the sole responsibility of the Rewards Holder.

General Release: By redeeming any rewards, you release Dunlop and its affiliated and successor corporations, their directors, officers, shareholders, employees and other agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers and Dunlop Dealers and Distributors from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the rewards cards or the delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the rewards cards or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
