What do I do next?

  1. The code above is a one-time use code. Once it's redeemed, it will have no value.
  2. Print this email and bring it to the person who is responsible for maintaining the distributor account at your place of business. They will provide this code to the participating distributor.
  3. Your distributor will credit the dealer's account for the full amount of the certificate.
  4. Your code will then be considered "Redeemed". You can purchase additional certificates using your Reward Points at any time.
  5. It is the individual dealer’s discretion on whether or not they will allow cash value for full certificate amount.


Pro Dealer Rewards Certificate Terms and Conditions

Term: Calendar year Accrue points during the term 1/1/19 - 11/30/19

Invoices uploaded cannot be dated greater than 45 days from the upload date.

A Dunlop Pro Dealer (“Pro Dealer”) is a dealer signed up for and is adhering to the Dunlop Pro Dealer network terms and conditions. A Pro Dealer Employee (“Certificate Holder”) is a person who is employed at a Dunlop Pro Dealer on a full time or part time basis.

Pro Dealer employee (“Certificate Holder”) earns points by taking several actions including but not limited to: (1) logging in to the site at least once a month (2) completing training modules, (3) selling Dunlop tires and uploading invoices of the sale and (4) entering a Golden Ticket survey.

Certificate can only be redeemed at a participating Dunlop Pro Dealer.

Dunlop Pro Dealers can only receive Distributor Credits from participating Dunlop Distributors.

Point Values : Every 100 points equates to $1 in certificate face value.

Certificate denominations: $50, $100, $250, and $500

The certificate can be redeemed at face value at a participating Dunlop Pro Dealer. Dealer can accept certificate for items such as:

  • Dealer Merchandise
  • Gift Cards - Where available, at dealers discretion.
  • Dealers may offer cash payout up to certificate value at their individual discretion.
    • Dealers are not obligated to provide cash payout.

Accumulated points will expire 30 days from period end. Certificates should be redeemed before points expire on 12/31/19. Periods are defined at https://www.dunlopprodealer.com/members/points-manager/

Certificates must be redeemed from the www.dunlopprodealer.com website. Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.

Certificate must be redeemed for equal to the certificate face value. No leftover balances can be accrued.

If certificate is being applied to a balance greater than certificate face value, then Certificate Holder is responsible for remaining balance.

Pro Dealer cannot use the certificate to pay down a receivable with the distributor.

Taxes: All federal, state and local taxes (including any sales taxes) associated with the receipt or use of a redeemed item will be the sole responsibility of the Certificate Holder. If the total redeemed value within one calendar year exceeds $599, the Certificate Holder must also provide his or her social security number or other taxpayer identification number. Certificate Holders may receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year if the value of the redeemed item is within IRS guidelines, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Any additional costs relating to the redeemed items and incurred as a result of accepting a redeemed item, are the sole responsibility of the Certificate Holder.

Dunlop will not be responsible or liable for loss or injury resulting from redemption of a certificate, or from a Certificate Holder’s acceptance or use or misuse of the redeemed item or any portion thereof.

General Release: By redeeming any certificate, you release Dunlop and its affiliated and successor corporations, their directors, officers, shareholders, employees and other agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers and Dunlop Distributors from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the redeemed item or the delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the redeemed item or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
